Overall BOLD Growth Solution Objectives
- Perform a half-day onsite analysis of the current state of the business operation and perform a gap analysis based on industry best practices for solution delivery.
- Conduct interviews with diverse business representatives through the workshop
- Review operational artifacts and supporting materials
- Discuss operational and staffing gaps
- Deliver Analysis Findings Document (AFD) which will describe in detail the gaps identified during the initial analysis of the operation with explanations regarding each gap as it compares to industry standards.
- Conduct a review session on the results of the AFD, educate the client on the gaps identified, and develop an ideal state of operation based on best practices.
- Upon completion of the review session, a future state execution roadmap will be developed which will outline in detail “what” the gaps are and “how” to progress to the next level of success.
- Develop the approach, budget, and schedule for subsequent implementation and adoption stages.
